Of course it’s unsafe

Former contestants of The Biggest Loser, a reality show on NBC that features obese folks competing to lost massive amounts of weight, are not surprisingly letting the world know the whole process is unhealthy.
Duh.
While they may be medically supervised, it’s by doctors who are likely paid huge sums of cash by NBC.
